This time last year I started to practice all of those things in order to get that sexy butt I’ve always dreamed of, and guess what- I’ve made it! That’s why I wanted to share the secrets of a bigger butt with you, and to share what kind of nutrition, exercises and products I’ve used in order to achieve my goal.

First of all let’s talk about nutrition and let’s clarify one thing – there’s no such thing as one particular food that will naturally increase your buttocks. However, there are some combinations of foods that can help you to naturally enlarge your buttocks. So what foods are recommended for increasing the buttocks? After a workout, your muscles are ready to “grow”. In that moment there are small holes in your buttocks muscles that need to be filled with fats from food. That’s when the muscles “recover” from the exercise and are in need of calories, and not just any, but those of healthy food and a healthy mix of carbohydrates, fats and proteins in order to achieve the desired result. Be sure not to skip meals after exercise. It’s important to know that there’s not a lot of philosophy about this and that you can easily increase your butt by knowing only the basic information about the macronutrients in food. If you’re anything like me and you don’t want to lose nor gain weight, just to maintain current weight then you just need to start eating certain foods that have ingredients which are highly effective for enhancing and shaping the buttocks. You’ll actually be eating a little more and bringing additional 100-500 calories, because you’ll be burning calories with exercise. People who want to gain weight should eat more. Those who want to lose weight and at the same time firm the buttocks, should eat less. It’s pretty simple, right? But don’t think about it too much, at least not initially. You’ll eat when you are hungry, it’s only important to eat proper foods that will make your butt look amazing .

They are much more effective than other exercises and you can start seeing results in only a week. You can do squats anytime and anywhere. For starters you can do twenty squats and gradually increase the number. You will not only form your butt, but you’ll also feel great!
-Running

Running may not be your favorite activity but it’s a great way to build a sexy butt. For starters, choose the shorter route then gradually increase it. Not only will you shape your butt, but you will also remove a few extra pounds and feel much better.

This is a wonderful exercise for the buttocks which is focused on the burning of fat deposits that lie on your buttocks and at the same time help your butt look fuller and shaped. The best thing about this exercise is that you can do it anywhere and anytime! You don’t need the extra weight or a device, but using dumbbells or other weights during exercise can improve your results.
